What is a send?
A send is any email sent by your loyalty programme to your customers. This includes loyalty notifications, rewards emails and marketing emails.
How many sends does a typical business use?
Typically each active loyal customer will consume about 2-3 sends a month. For example, a small high-street business could consume between 200 and 400 sends per month. If you are unsure about usage based pricing, please do reach out to our team and we'll be happy to discuss.
What is an active customer?
We define an active customer as a member who has spent at your store within 30 days. In our pricing calculator above, we use the term active customer, however this does not directly correlate to the price you will pay. We onlly use active customers as a tool for estimating usage.
How often will I be billed?
We bill at the end of each 30 day period. This is to calculate your usage over the period, which enables us to charge you fairly and accurately.
Are there any long term contracts?
No, you can pause or cancel your subscription at any time.
